The building's massing utilizes a rich red-brick masonry facade punctuated by structured pilasters and dark, multi-pane industrial fenestration, evoking a sense of civic permanence and durability suited to the Eastern Wyoming landscape. At the primary public intersection, a striking two-story structural glass corner framed in crisp black metal carves into the heavy masonry shell. This transparent threshold floods the interior lobby with natural light, seamlessly connecting the warm, human-scaled interior spaces to the streetscape, integrated drive-thru canopy, and native-planted pedestrian plaza.
