Laura Steppel brings over 13 years of experience in project coordination, digital workflows, and design documentation, playing an essential role in transforming concepts into well-executed projects. As BIM Manager and Project Manager at Elske Architecture, Laura leads the organization of project systems, coordination of documentation, and alignment of teams to ensure every detail is thoughtfully carried through.

With a strong understanding of the design process and a passion for problem-solving, Laura bridges the connection between creative vision and technical execution. Beyond her technical expertise, she brings a collaborative spirit and a sense of camaraderie to the studio, fostering a team environment built on communication, support, and shared success.

SueAnn Mouw brings a wealth of specialized knowledge to the studio, expertly curating and coordinating furniture solutions that perfectly complement the architectural vision of every project. With a deep understanding of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), she approaches every space with a balance of aesthetic discernment, functional longevity, and meticulous attention to detail.

Her expertise in furniture specifications allows her to translate complex project requirements into cohesive, tailored packages that elevate both the beauty and utility of an environment. Beyond her technical specialization, SueAnn brings a collaborative spirit to Elske Architecture, working closely with clients and vendors alike to deliver spaces that are seamlessly furnished and exceptionally crafted.

Anna Grace is going into her final year as an Interior Architecture and Design student at the University of Arkansas. She is working on her senior capstone project with an emphasis on material innovation, craftsmanship, and historical appreciation.

Her expertise in advanced digital visualization allows her to elevate the design process, crafting immersive renderings that give clients a clear and compelling look into their future spaces. Combined with her passions, Anna Grace brings a collaborative energy and a dedicated work ethic to Elske Architecture, playing a vital role in translating design concepts into vivid realities.
