Located at 301 E. Lincolnway in Cheyenne, Wyoming, this project by Elske Architecture demonstrates a highly sustainable approach to commercial hospitality by preserving and utilizing the vast majority of an existing building envelope. The structural intervention transforms a traditional retail footprint into a vibrant, multi-functional hybrid environment containing a fast-casual dining concept and a localized neighborhood market. The updated facade introduces a rich, terracotta-hued block profile paired with deep teal paneling and an activated perimeter patio deck. Inside, the design balances the high-utility needs of a market with the tactile warmth of a community eatery, utilizing geometric spatial planning and custom finish intersections to establish a cohesive brand identity throughout the interior zones.
